According to the mayor of Kyiv Vitali Klitschko in his Telegram channel, the city council decided to terminate the land lease agreement with the Russian embassy in the capital. Informs Freedom Matrix.
According to Klitschko, the deputies also appealed to the Cabinet of Ministers with a request to return the property located in the embassy to the property of the Ukrainian state.
This decision is another step towards supporting the sovereignty of Ukraine and protecting its interests in the international arena.
