National Police brings wanted persons to TCC to draw up administrative report - Head of National Police Department Akhrameyev

National Police units search for people who evade mobilisation after entering their data into the information system and receiving requests from recruitment centres. According to Censor.NET, Maksym Akhrameyev, Head of the Department of Preventive Activities of the National Police of Ukraine, said this on Radio Liberty.

He stressed that National Police units search for people after entering data into the information system.

"This mechanism is regulated by a resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers, which provides for an appeal. Such an appeal is sent to the National Police units, then the police enter the information into the unified record of the National Police information subsystem and start checking. After identifying such persons, we deliver them - exclusively deliver them - to the nearest TCC and SS in order to clarify all the circumstances and draw up an administrative protocol by an authorised officer of the TCC in accordance with Article 210 of the Code of Administrative Offences," said the head of the National Police department.

According to Akhrameyev, a resolution on an administrative offence is drawn up at the territorial recruitment centre and the circumstances of the failure to appear under summons are established.

If the person against whom the decision was issued can prove valid reasons for the absence, the administrative case is closed. Otherwise, they face an administrative fine.

"A protocol is drawn up by an authorised officer of the TCC and SS, which indicates the time and place of the substantive hearing. And when the person arrives, or immediately on the spot, a decision is made. If the person fails to appear under the summons for valid reasons, the decision closes the administrative case. If the person is unable to prove that he or she failed to appear for important reasons, a resolution is issued to impose an administrative fine," Akhrameyev explained.
