According to Sinegubov, about 15 settlements in Kharkiv region were hit by enemy artillery and mortar attacks: Sinkivka, Petropavlivka, Stepova Novoselivka and others. Kharkiv, Kozacha Lopan, and Zolochiv were subjected to aerial attacks. In particular:

14:10 village of Kozacha Lopan, Kharkiv district. There was an enemy shelling of the CAB, as a result of which the building of the village council and a garage were damaged.
13:20 village Vilcha of Chuhuiv district. There was an enemy shelling of the settlement with KABs. Private houses and an electricity pole were damaged.
"On April 23, 12:10, Pechenizka TG, Yurchenkove village, a 24-year-old man was hit by an unknown explosive device while driving across a field. He was taken to the hospital," he said.
"Over the last day in the Kupyansk sector the enemy attacked our positions in the area of Berestove five times," said Synehubov.
