Zaluzhny could not take part in the meeting of the NATO Military Committee

Due to the difficult situation at the front, Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Valery Zaluzhny was unable to take part in the meeting of the NATO Military Committee, which is taking place on May 10 at the headquarters of the alliance in Brussels. Informs Freedom Matrix.

This information was confirmed by the head of the Military Committee, Admiral Rob Bauer.

"Yesterday I received a letter from the Commander-in-Chief of the Ukrainian Army, our friend, General Valeriy Zaluzhny, that even his participation via video link is impossible due to the difficult operational situation in defense against Russian aggression. We wish all the best to the Ukrainian defenders and we are focused on getting Valeriy's opinion through his military representative," Bauer said.

He added that the representative of Ukraine to NATO, Major General Serhiy Salkutsan, will tell about Ukraine's fight against the aggressor.

"Today's discussion will first focus on Russia's aggressive war against Ukraine. Russia is in the 15th month of what they thought was a three-day war. Goliath swings. And that's because David has shown extraordinary resilience and tactical prowess with the support of 50 countries around the world," Bauer said.
